USER CONSENT TO PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. The purpose of the processing of personal data is providing services of collection and transmission of documents in order to obtain an entry visa to Italy;
2. The consent is given in relation to the following personal data: surname, name, patronymic, date of birth, identification document data,passport data, , address, e-mail, contact telephone number;
3. The consent is given for the following operations with personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, specification (update, change), the extraction, use, transfer (providing, granting access), depersonalization, blocking, destruction, destruction of personal data;
4. The consent to the processing of personal data is given for 5 (five) years; it may be withdrawn by a notification in writing to the Personal DataOperator with the request to terminate the processing of personal data.
