LLC “Visa management service” is the only commercial company authorized by the Italian General Consulate in Moscow and the Italian General Consulate in Saint Petersburg to provide Italian visa application services in Russia. VMS is certified with the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2005 quality management system certificate.
VMS provides assistance in processing the following types of visas: Tourism, Business, Study, University studies, Scholarships, Medical treatment, Family reunification, Employee to be with a secure job offer, Employee to be with a secure job offer in entertainment/show business, Self employed worker, Self employed worker in entertainment/show business, Invitations, Transit and Re-entry.
In order to present the documents at VMS an appointment is required. An appointment can be made on our web-site (link “Book an appointment”). The documents can be submitted without making an appointment from 9:00 to 12:00 in case of available slots. This option is provided only for applicants submitting documents in the Moscow Italian visa center.

Effective from the 14th of September 2015 all applicants have to enroll for biometrics (finger prints).
For the convenience of the applicants now at the Italian visa center in Moscow there is a provision for photograph services. For more information please click on the link Additional services.
In accordance to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation, all applicants have to provide consent for processing personal data related to their visa application and are thus requested to complete and sign the consent to the processing of personal data form in Russian Language only.
The translation of the consent to the processing of personal data form in both Italian and English languages are provided for information purposes only.
For the purpose of more effective service and time-saving all applicants are kindly advised book an appointments in advance and to come for the document submission at the appointed time.

Due to security reasons we do not allow applicants to be accompanied with friends, relatives or acquaintances. However, one family member is allowed to accompany hearing-impaired / physically challenged / minors applicants.

The VMS fee for the visa application processing is 2100 Russian Roubles, equivalent to 29,50 Euros.
VMS service charge is payable either in cash or by credit card (applicable for Moscow office only)
Please be advised that:
• annulation request should be signed by the person requiring a new visa.
• underage ( under 18) applicants can travel only if accompanied by adults.

In visa center, as a security measure and for the purpose of providing effective work, using mobile phones and electronic devices is not permitted. Mobile phones should be switched off during the whole period of stay in the Italian visa center.
Residents of Saint Petersburg, Leningrad Region, Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Velikiy Novgorod, Republic of Karelia, Pskov and all those who have work permits for that areas are kindly requested to submit their visa applications at the Italian Visa Center in Saint Petersburg.
Application can be submitted to the Italian visa center branches in Arkhangelsk, Pskov and Petrozavodsk.
