Document requirements for business visa

1. Invitation Letter from the Italian company or from the foreign branch of the Italian company or from an Italian branch of a multinational company..

2. Company’s Certificate of Registration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce (Certificato d’iscrizione alla Camera di Commercio) or Chamber Certificate (Certificato di visura camerale). Such certificate will have been issued no more than six months prior to the date the visa application is filed.

3. International Medical Insurance valid for all the Schengen Territory.

4. Copy of the passport page containing holder’s data, validity.

5. Application form with a recent passport size photograph.

7. Financial Guarantees, even if the Company issuing the Invitation Letter is committing to cover all expenses.

8. Hotel booking information; letter from the Sponsor in Italy or hotel booking confirmation vouchers for the first trip.

9. Copy of the certificate of Registration of the Russian Company.
