Invitation letter

An invitation letter from Italian transport company on the company’s letterhead with an indication of the following data.

1. Full name of the applicant/s, position in the company, passport data and entry date to Schengen area.
2. Type of goods with an indication of supplier and places of dispatch.
3. Complete data of the Italian private person or company who would cover all accommodation expenses.

A letter of invitation should covering the entire period of stay in Italy.
