Proof of employment
Proof of employment* must be on the company’s letterhead with address, telephone number and all the company’s data ,employee’s personal data, date of hiring, position and monthly salary. The proof of employment must be fully completed and signed by authorized signatory and company’s stamp. The proof of employment letter should not be older than 1 month on the date of documents submission.
If proof of employment is signed by an applicant himself it’s necessary to submit documents substantiating his position in the company.
If the applicant’s actual place of work differs from the legal address of the organization, in this case it`s necessary to additionally write down information on the actual place of work of the applicant, especially, if the applicant works in a branch or representative office of the organization in another city.
Individual Entrepreneurs must provide a certificate of the register of the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs.
The Individual Entrepreneur registered in the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs after 01.01.17, should provide an Extract of the entry made in the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs.
Applicants working for self-owned firm or business should submit proof of employment and a copy of registration certificate (employees, working for the Individual Entrepreneur registered in the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs after 01.01.17, should provide the certificate of the register of the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs).
Freelancers should submit the copies of service contracts and original bank account statement that confirm the payment of services rendered.
Self-employers should provide a certificate from the Internal revenue service on the status of transactions (incomes) for a current/previous year.
Retired person should submit pension certificate (original and copy) or reference from the Pension Fund (original and copy).
Students should submit letter from university and copy of student ID card. The letter should not be older than 1 month on the date of documents submission.
* - when applying for a visa for family reasons, proof of employment isn’t obligatory to provide for EU citizens family member (spouses; partners with whom the Union citizen has contracted a registered partnership, on the basis of the legislation of a Member State, if the legislation of the host Member State treats registered partnerships as equivalent to marriage and in accordance with the conditions laid down in the relevant legislation of the host Member State; the direct descendants who are under the age of 21 or are dependants and those of the spouse or partner; the dependent direct relatives in the ascending line and those of the spouse or partner).
