The Italain visa center offers optional services for the convenience of the applicants.
- Personal assistance service
The service includes:
1. meeting the applicant at the main entrance of the Visa application service by the specialist in charge.
2. accompanying of the applicant and personal assistance at all stages of the application process.
3. the opportunity to submit documents in the first vacant window.
4. minimum waiting time at all stages of submitting documents.
The cost of personal assistance service (VMS) is equal to 5200 rubles, including VAT, for each applicant, and does not include the cost of service and the consular fees, as well as other add-on services that are not included in the price of the personal assistance service.
Payment is made in rubles at the Italian Visa Application Center. It is possible to make payment both in cash and by credit card.

The use of the VMS personal assistance service does not in any way guarantee visa obtaining or a faster procedure of the consideration of the visa application, nor does it affect the type and duration of the visa.
- Prime time
Using this service, you can apply for visa on Thursday from 4:30 pm till 8:00 pm, in our office located at: St.Petersburg, st. Kazanskaya 1/25, 5d floor.
To order this service, please make an appointment in the section «Book an appointment» by selecting the office: « Saint Petersburg PrimeTime », no later than 5:00 pm day before submission date.
The cost of the service «Prime Time» is: 3100 rubles for each applicant and does not include the cost of service and visa fees, as well as additional services.
- International medical insurance
The International Medical Insurance policy can be purchased at the VMS Visa Center.
• The average cost is 1 euro for a day.
• Waiting time reduced to the minimum.
• Insurance coverage available from Euro 30,000 up to Euro 100,000.
• Possibility to access special schemes for people that practice extreme sports.
• The payment is made in rubles at the official rate set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation at the time of the issuance of the policy.

- Photocopy
A Photocopy service is available for the price of 40 rubles per copy.
- Printout of Documents
Price per printout is 40 rubles per page.
(The above price is applicable for printout of filled application form/ consent form for processing personal data)
Please note that printout from an external pen drive is not available. The applicants submitting the documents in Saint-Petersburg are advised to send documents for printout to the e-mail spb@italyvms.ru
The applicants submitting the documents in other regional offices are advised to send the documents for printout to the e-mail address of the respective regional office.
- Form filling and printout of application form for Italian visa at Italian visa center.
Receive assistance to complete your Visa Application Form at the Visa Application Centre according to the documents provided. Price is 450 rubles for one set of the application form (4 pages)
- Courier
You can order the delivery of your passport to the address you specified.
The payment is made at the time of signing the contract in accordance with FOX EXPRESS rates.
- SMS notification
Receive an update via SMS once the passport has arrived at the Visa Center.
Price for sms service is 160 rubles.
- Notification service (phone call)
Visa application Centre will contact you by your phone number indicated in your agreement as soon as your documents will be delivered from the Consulate to the Visa Center.
The cost of the service is 160 rubles.
- Photo (service)
The photo service is available for a price 360 rubles (per 4 photos) The service is available for St Petersburg office.
