The entrance to the Atrium Business Center in Saint Petersburg
Dear applicants!
Please be aware that to enter the Atrium Business Center in Saint Petersburg — where the Italian Visa Application Centre is located — you must pass through an access control system. To do so, you’ll need a barcode.
You can get the barcode in the following way:
1. For applicants who have an appointment to submit documents:
- The required barcode can be found on your appointment confirmation sheet, located in the bottom right corner. It is valid for the entire day of submission and for all applicants listed under the same appointment.
- The barcode is also duplicated in the reminder email sent one day before your submission date.
The barcode can be printed out or you can use it directly from your phone.
2. For visitors without an appointment:
You can obtain your barcode at the reception at the Atrium Business Center in Saint Petersburg (entrance from Nevsky Prospect).
