VIP Premium Lounge Service

Dear applicants!

Kindly note that documents submission and collection within additional services VIP Premium Lounge and Mobile Biometric are currently being suspended. We apologize for any inconveniences.

We are pleased to inform applicants that in Moscow the new additional service of the VIP Premium Lounge is available.

Applicants who opt for this service can have the facility to apply the documents in comfortable private lounge.

By choosing the VIP Premium Lounge option the applicants will be provided with the following additional services, included in the VIP Premium fee:

1. Assistance by qualified personnel during the whole process, including application form filling;
2. Bar with hot and cold beverages, snacks;
3. Newspapers and magazines;
4. Photocopies and printing documents;
5. Photo service directly in the private lounges;
6. Usage of Mobile phone allowed;
7. SMS/phone service to update on status of application;
8. Passport courier delivery services. (The passport delivery service is provided only for Moscow area)

Requests are in processing during working hours Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00.

The VMS VIP Premium Lounge service fee is 9400 RUR including VAT per applicant plus the VMS service fee.

Applicants can pay the fee in RUR directly at the VMS VIP Premium Lounge, either in cash or with a credit card.

By selecting the VIP Premium Lounge service the applicant will have no preferential treatment with regard to the issuance of a visa, the type or length of visa, or the processing time.
