VIP Service

We are pleased to inform that in Saint-Petersburg the additional service of the VIP Service is available.

Applicants who opt for this service will be able to use certain advantages; in particular, the submission of documents will take place in a separate lounge.

By choosing the VIP Service option the applicants will be provided with the following additional services, included in the VIP Service fee:

1. Appointment (Monday-Friday from 08:30 am to 15:30)
2. Assistance by qualified personnel during the whole process, including application form filling (if required*) and the passport delivery
3. Photo service
4. Cold beverages
5. Document copying and printing services
6. SMS notification for passport collection**
7. Passports’ courier delivery services in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region included (FOX EXPRESS)

* — additional time is required to complete the visa application form upon submission.

** — the service does not provide any information about results of your application. The decision of the Consulate General of Italy can be found ONLY while collection the passport!

APPLICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY FROM INDIVIDUALS; ASSISTANTS OR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS ARE NOT PERMITTED!

The VMS VIP Service fee is 90 Euros equivalent to 8300 RUR including VAT plus the VMS service fee.

PLEASE NOTE! THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE VISA AND SERVICE FEES, WHICH MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY!

Please note that passport collection takes place in the common room of the Italian visa application center.

THIS SERVICE IN NO WAY GUARANTEES YOU WILL OBTAIN A VISA OR EXPEDITED PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTS, AND DOES NOT AFFECT THE TYPE, CATEGORY, OR DURATION OF YOUR VISA!
