VIP Premium Lounge Service

We are pleased to inform that in Saint-Petersburg the additional service of the VIP Premium Lounge is available.

Applicants who opt for this service will be able to use certain advantages; in particular, the submission of documents will take place in a welcoming and comfortable private lounge.

By choosing the VIP Premium Lounge option the applicants will be provided with the following additional services, included in the VIP Premium fee:

1. Prime-time appointments with extended working schedule (Monday-Friday from 08:30 am to 15:30)
2. Assistance by qualified personnel during the whole process, including application form filling and the passport delivery;
3. Photo service directly in the private lounges;
4. Bar with cold beverages;
5. Document copying and printing services;
6. Usage of Mobile phone allowed;
7. SMS/phone service to update on status of application;
8. Passports’ courier delivery services in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region included (FOX EXPRESS)

The VMS VIP Premium Lounge service fee is 90 Euros equivalent to 8300 RUR including VAT plus the VMS service fee.

Applicants can pay the fee in RUR directly at the VMS VIP Premium Lounge, either in cash or with a credit card.

Please note that passport collection takes place in the common room of the Italian visa application center.

By selecting the VIP Premium Lounge service the applicant will have no preferential treatment with regard to the issuance of a visa, the type or length of visa, or the processing time.
